People management and knowledge of the core business are the keys to the success of any business. My core business experience is in financial data processing for hedge funds for 15+ years. In my last role, I was the Director of Market Data Technology for a hedge fund managing about $1 trillion funds. Overall I have 40+ years of technology experience, managing programmers/ developers, in diverse areas within finance and health care. For people management, I have created and led many technology teams in the US, Brazil, India, Switzerland, Ireland, etc. so I know how to provide direction to any size group of people in any place in order to meet the core goals of the company. I also have an MBA from XLRI - ranked one of the top business schools in India and in the world. I feel I can assist small businesses or technology startups on giving guidance for data processing and creating successful teams.
