Having spent a lifetime in sales and marketing and time spent as a small business owner I believe I can offer clients perspective to allow them to accelerate the process of starting and/or energize the growth of their business. Marketing skills include product definition and development, identifying target customers, defining and locating channels to market, pricing, profitability, advertising, and ebusiness. Sales skills include direct selling, distribution, use of independent sales representatives, development of incentive plans, and management of international sales forces. Having purchased an ongoing business after development of a business plan and with the assistance of the SBA I have knowledge of the process. I have run a small business gaining experience in cash flow, payroll, collecting payments, compliance, and the many other details that keep a small business running and profitable.
