I have been in the Real Estate Development, Brokerage, Management and Investment business since 1981 in a closely held, family owned company located in Norther Colorado. For the last three decades I have been the President and CEO of the organization. Our Company has developed a large number of residential and commercial real estate projects over the course of its history which has offerred me the opportunity to gain expertise in a broad range of business practices as well as be exposed to a large number of businesses that have been tenants or partners with us in our projects. I have extensive experience in organizational design, planning and problem solving. I have mentored various division leaders in our company and other small business owners as they seek to grow in their business understanding and performance . As part of a family owned company with several family members involved I have gained insight into the challenges and benefits of a family owned company. I especially enjoy exploring how business leaders weave their work into the whole of their lives and make a difference in their family, workforce, community and world.
