I founded Accent Music, Inc. in 1988 and in just 10 years achieved sales of over $4 million. Chief Executive Officer / Founder (2012 – Present) Financial Management: Prepare briefings for shareholder meetings, control operating and capital spending; implement cost-saving strategies, and drive profitability – full responsibility for P L. Banking Relationships: Developed relationships and negotiated with local banks for services, discounts, etc. Approve/reject lines of credit and commercial, real estate, and personal loans; secured multiple loans since 1988. Musical Instrument Brand; Herche Launch: Launched instrument brand customized for the needs of young adult learners. Elicited input from band directors and music teachers, developed specifications, and ordered samples from factories. Selected best production quality and introduced Herche brand in January 2017; sales are running at 156% of projected.
