I was part of the management team that rolled out MetroPCS cell service in the Dallas market (100,000 customers in 75 days), a FinTech startup to introduce an alternative to the Visa card, and a first-ever radio talk station for women. Because I’ve been involved in both successes and failures, I can share many lessons learned in starting, marketing, selling, operating, project management, and training.
