Troy has over 25 years' experience in the financial service industry. He has held leadership positions that include US Head of Product and Operations. At TD Bank, Troy led product, marketing, acquisitions, analytics, customer experience, and P&L accountability for consumer and small business credit card segments. Before joining TD Bank, Troy was Product Group Director at Elan Financial for US Bank. In this role, he led product development and pricing strategies for Small Business, Emerging, Affluent customer segments.
Troy developed the payment network strategy to expand product capabilities based on customer needs. He was responsible for leading the launch of American Express for Elan (US Bank). Troy also held several leadership roles with JP Morgan Chase leading acquisition and product development for Mass, Cobrand, and Affluent customer segments. He was responsible for the acquisition launch efforts for Chase Sapphire in all channels. His primary focus was on building Chase branded products for the affluent segment, focusing on digital, regional, and retail channel distribution as critical channels for growth.
