TranslateSergeant First Class Pangia Xiong enlisted in the California Army National Guard in October 2004. Private First Class Xiong, at the time, received her Basic Training at Ft Jackson, South Carolina, and Advance Individual Training at Fort Lee, Virginia, where she graduated as an Automated Logistic Specialist. Her first unit of assignment was with the 1106th AVCRAD from 2004 until 2012. While with the 1106th AVCRAD she worked as a federal employee in the SSA warehouse as a Supply Technician.
From 2012 to 2017, she was reassigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment 1106th Theater Aviation Support Maintenance Group (TASMG), serving as the Training NCO on Active Guard Reserve orders. In 2017, she completed a short tour overseas to the UK on a NATO Military Reserve Exchange mission. From August 2017 to February 2021, she was reassigned to Charlie Company 640th Aviation Support Battalion with duties as the Readiness/Training/Supply NCO (Active Guard Reserve), COMSEC custodian, unit pay agent, property custodian, and other varies duties. Currently, she is assigned to 1106th Theater Aviation Support Maintenance Group serving as the Senior Supply Sergeant. She has over 18 years of military service with the California Army National Guard (CAARNG).
