Nicole Snow is founder and CEO of Darn Good Yarn, an online recycled silk yarn company that creates social consciousness through crafting and design. Since its founding, Darn Good Yarn has saved more than 1,000,000 pounds of material from landfills, and given 600 women in India and Nepal the opportunity to support themselves by transforming waste into hand-spun silk yarn that delights her legion of customers.
Snow was the inaugural grand prize winner in the first FedEx Small Business Grant Contest in 2013, is a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Policy Committee and is a proud new mom.
