Ehime is the Founder of Sweetkiwi, a CPG company which makes the best tasting, low calorie yet nutrient-dense treats. A health scare led her to a greater understanding of the power of food. She changed her eating habits and delved into learning more about different ingredients that support our body's development, Sweetkiwi was born from this labor of love. Ehime launched Sweetkiwi products in grocery stores in 2019 and it can now be found in over 150 stores across the Mid-Atlantic region. She closed partnerships with Whole Foods Market, Walmart, Union Kitchen, Rainforest to name a few.
Ehime is a Visa grant recipient, a Sara Blakely X Spanx Grant Recipient, Acumen 2021 Fellow, the winner of Black Girls Venture DC pitch competition and many other awards.
Ehime is also a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women scholar and ambassador. She holds a degree in Business Information Technology and International Studies from London Metropolitan University. She is certified for Cultured Dairy and ice cream production from Penn State University. As Founder and Creative Director of Sweetkiwi, Ehime is passionate about advocating for healthy food, safe, sustainable and equitable food systems.
