TranslateRobert (Bob) Garcia retired from the Cen Cal Business Finance Group in 2014. As the company’s Executive Director, Bob led the growth and program expansion of the company for 27 years. Previously, Bob worked for several banks as a credit officer and was the owner of a franchise business with locations in Fresno and Visalia, CA.
Bob is an Army veteran, serving in the signal corp as a radio teletype operator. Bob’s duty stations were in Germany and California.
Bob has always been involved with various organizations to better himself and improve his community. Bob is a member and past president of the Fresno Sunrise Rotary club, an active member and past chair of Central Valley SCORE, a past member and president of the Merchants Association of Fresno, a past member of the Missions and Human Resource committee for Saint Agnes Hospital, past committee member for Empty Bowls of the Fresno Food Bank, and Director at large for the Southland Development Economic Corporation.
