To help SCORE clients leverage financial analysis and forecasting to identify ways to improve their businesses and ensure long term success.
Having grown up working in a family owned small business I have a passion for seeing entrepreneurs succeed. Although I had a 46 year career in Corporate America and the experience of leading multiple large businesses, my wife and I owned a small business for +10 years during this time. With knowledge of tactical and strategic processes across many disciplines I feel I can be a good sounding board for clients seeking ideas and direction for their specific business endeavor.
