How I can assist you in your business endeavors? I have extensive experience in Retail (Large Department stores as a Buyer and Vice President), Manufacturing (Textiles as Director of Marketing/Product Development), Healthcare (CFO, COO, CTO of provider groups) which would be an asset for any business seeking to open up new business opportunities, strategically reviewing current business processes and strategies as well as assisting in thought provoking planning.

I can help evaluate your business ideas and provide guidance on obtaining financing, your business plan and understanding cash flow.

If you have passion, expertise and a strong work effort, I'd love to help you leverage that to start, run, turn around or grow your business. I've recently retired after a 30 career in helping business leaders to make decisions and take action to optimize revenue and profit margin. I'd like an opportunity to now help local business in that way. I spent most of my career in corporate health care and insurance; but also established and grew a successful family business (and since divested my interest).

With my broad finance, operational and leadership skills accumulated over a 35+ year career, I am well positioned to assist new business executives. I am a CPA and have concentrated most of my career in the Healthcare (Hospital/ Insurance) arena.

I have created new companies and provided turnaround results for poor performing companies. I have also successfully raised capital via public and private funds in addition to full Profit and Loss accountability.

With a lengthy background in finance and accounting, I bring a facts-based approach (along with highlighting the necessary assumptions) to business plan building.
