I am passionate about supporting small businesses through mentoring. My goal is to contribute to the growth and success of these businesses by passing along my expertise in merchandising, marketing, e commerce, strategy, operations human resources and sales. My focus is on merchandising and marketing. I have a varied background as I was a founder in a successful startup as well as have worked for large retail and wholesale corporations. My goal is through mentoring to empower growth for small business.

Relevant Skills and experience – I have over 30 years of experience in the retail and wholesale sectors. My superpower is business strategy, identifying issues and through mentoring finding solutions. I have done this in startup and large corporate environments.
