Education: I have three degrees, Masters in Business Administration, Bachelor in Management Associates Degree in Computer Network. I am also currently working on my Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. Additionally I have certifications in process development, negotiation practice, public speaking, Advanced Situational Leadership, One-Minute Manager, Advanced Disc Profile, Cycle of Accountability, Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, conflict resolution, Microsoft Office Power-user, sales web development Experience: I have over 16 years experience leading teams in manufacturing, payroll, IT, retail, hospitality, and food service. All these positions for large companies, and I have also done small business consulting for over 5 years. I have started businesses from the ground up and have also been very involved with HR, training and development.
