Richard has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, both accomodations and food services. He has B.A. and M.B.A. degrees in Hospitality Management and Business from Michigan State University. In addition, he was an Assistant Professor at Purdue University and an Adjunct Professor at Michigan State University, as well as the co-author of a best selling college text book on hotel operations.
