How I Can Help You

With my broad management and startup experience, I can help business management, go-to-market strategies and planning, operations, product development, and sales. As a former general manager, operations director, product development director and sales manager, I can provide support to improve profit and cash flow, improve business operations, increase new product success, and grow sales. I thrive on helping businesses start up and grow. In my career, I led business growth in my business leadership and management roles by implementing new sales initiatives, leading new product launches and product development, starting up and managing manufacturing operations, and developing new business. I also led businesses through major events and business interruptions including recovering after a major flood, orchestrated a 500-mile relocation and operation startup, and returned businesses to profitability after major market shifts. From my tool box, I can help with simplified strategic planning (ex. Business Model Canvas), simplify and focus your business (80/20 tools), enhance your New Product Roadmap, and provide Value-Added Sales tools, and keep your business and operations lean. I also strongly believe in personal and talent development that helps each business most valuable assets.
