I have many years of business experience with focus on strategic and financial management in international businesses. This background allows me to quickly evaluate the perfomance of a business and identify the key areas of strength and weakness. My communication style is very down-to-earth and practical which makes it easier for business leaders to understand the key areas critical to success and what they can do to make improvements. Small business experience includes helping a relative with little business experience start a food truck business which operated successfully. My Non-profit experience includes years serving as Finance Chair and Board Member and Chair of the major child services provider in Delaware and serving on other NP Boards.
