Taking your ideas and transforming them into a functioning operation is a daunting task. I try and simplify the process for my SCORE clients. Currently, I am focusing on assisting nonprofit clients through the start-up process. As a retired public school administrator who focused on organizational leadership, strategic planning, finance, operations budget management. I can provide the guidance you need to turn your vision into a reality. Prior to my administrative career I spent 20 years in the restaurant business as a chef and manager, I am willing to share that knowledge as well.
