How has SCORE Charlotte been beneficial to you and your business?

SCORE Charlotte helped me take an idea and turn it into a very successful business. The mentorship program is something that can't be found anywhere else and having SCORE-sponsored workshops and seminars provided information that fast-tracked me getting started and get me to where I am today.

How has having a SCORE Charlotte mentor helped support your new or existing business?

The SCORE Charlotte team is amazing. They were able to guide me through developing a business plan, financial model, and connected me with resources I wouldn't have known about otherwise. They were an integral part of my success in starting and growing my business. Having regular check-ins, deadlines, and both in-person meetings and calls helped keep me on track. Now, five years after starting my business, I still keep in touch with my mentors to check in, provide updates, and lean on them for continued expertise and guidance.
