I am a licensed attorney in North Carolina with over 20 years of experience in corporate and business transactional law, estate planning, and probate/administration of estates. I own my law firm and have an undergraduate degree in business administration from Auburn University. I assist clients with business formations, dissolutions, sales and the drafting and negotiation of business contracts. I also help clients by drafting estate planning documents, such as: powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, living wills, wills and trusts and with the administration of estates.
