I have been a pastor for nearly fifty years. Along the way, I’ve also been a trainer, an entrepreneur, a dabbler in side hustles, a nonprofit founder, a business owner, a publisher, a writer, a teacher, and, of course, a mentor and coach. I’ve also been a Toastmaster, and that turns out to be an important part of this story. One day, I was doing some private, fee-based coaching with a Toastmaster friend who wanted to sharpen her skills for her business.
