I can help you with the various phases of your business from its conception through each part of its life cycle with an emphasis on business planning, strategy, management, and communications. With my background primarily in senior level Human Resources roles, I have over 40 years of experience at both the corporate and operational levels supporting client groups in several industries including publishing, healthcare, manufacturing, and life sciences.

My experience in human resources has allowed me to interface and use my knowledge of leadership, training, employee and labor relations, change management, organizational design, policies and procedures, and customer service to add value to my clients and coach them to create and sustain high performing organizations. I understand how an organization operates and can work effectively at all levels which will enable me to help you achieve success and sustainability.

My educational background in accounting has provided a unique understanding of the financial side of the business and was a critical foundation to the overall success of my career. In addition, I was on the board of several non-profit organizations in various leadership positions as I believe it’s important to give back to the community.
