I started my first business as a carpenter/contractor. I was focused on high end construction ... developed a steady flow of customers ... needed to hire apprentices and carpenters to handle flow of work. I have a natural leadership ability that allowed me to expand my business with success. Over 37 years in the construction industry, grew the business to 4-5 million in annual revenue and over 50 employees.

I also started a parking lot management business by analyzing our condominium parking situation and presented a better solution/pricing of management. I ran that parking management business for 24 years with great success ... and profit.

My business skills were used in the non-profit area as well. I held many leadership positions in Rotary as Club President, District Governor and many committee assignments. I was also a successful trainer helping others to achieve leadership positions in Rotary. In addition, Rotary allowed me to lead dozens of projects supporting the poor and disadvantaged people of local communities and overseas communities (Cambodia, Philippines, Thailand to name a few).

Although I don't have much formal training, my leadership skills are second nature to me.
