I can help you with business planning, finance and basic accounting / controls; My SCORE clients have included a wide range of production and services businesses. I worked for a large technology corporation with assignments in finance, planning and management consulting in the manufacturing, software, and service areas of the business, both domestically and internationally. I also worked closely with small companies that were acquired by my firm, during the deal-making, due diligence and operational integration phases. In addition to my corporate work, I have experience with the management of non-profits: I serve as the President of the ALS-Maine Collaborative, which works to improve the quality of life for ALS patients in Maine, and Im on the boards of the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and the Androscoggin-Sagadahoc Counties Extension Association. I am a photographer, and exhibit my work locally in Maine.
