Dan Langford is a Certified Charlotte SCORE Mentor. He tries to assist entrepreneurs who are not quite sure if they want to establish a business or not. He tries to help formulate, design, and get people moving in the right direction to be successful in their own small businesses. He tries to make entrepreneurs see the full potential of their business mature and grow from their passion and separate that passion into a successful healthy business. His expertise is building a model business from the real estate side, hiring the right people, assisting with methods and procedures for daily and monthly processes, pricing the cost of materials to open a business, liability issues, and what the business can do effectively to make money. He will try to help you build your business plan as an added value for no charge. During a 40 year career with AT&T & its operating companies, he was known as a fixer, focused on fixing things & moving on to fixing the next thing.

After graduating from law school, I became a practicing lawyer. In my first employment I worked as a claims adjuster for Allstate Insurance Company where I learned to investigate accidents, manage claims and negotiate settlements of those claims. My experience has made me uniquely qualified to assist my clients with risk assessments.
I then went into private law practice concentrating in the fields of business activities, real estate law and matrimonial law. During the 50+ years in the practice of law, I expertly handled the organization of thousands of businesses running the gambit from small to large and in many various forms of organization. Having an accounting degree, this allowed me to aid my business clients, whether they were purchasing an existing business or starting a new one, and further, allowing them to take advantage by my providing them with the best information that I could give them.
I also specialized in matrimonial law which required me to be able to assist my clients in negotiations where their business was being appraised and/or being sold to satisfy the laws concerning equitable distribution.
Even my serving in the Army allowed me to be able to understand the various problems dealing with the staging and preparation of various types of events. I am also involved involved in various charitable endeavors, sitting on various boards, all of which has given me insight to problem solving and dealing with people.

Brian Murphy is retired from the Certified Public Accounting firm of Daileda-Murphy, Ltd., which he co-found, turning it over to junior partners in 2000. Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, Daileda-Murphy was a full-service firm offering compliance, tax, estate, audit and consulting services on a regional basis. Brian's emphasis with the firm was in tax, estate planning and business consulting. While in Las Vegas he also taught accounting part-time at UNLV. Prior to stepping out on his own Brian was with Chevron in various marketing and system analysis capacities.

Prez Palmer is a serial entrepreneur, Realtor, Independent Life & Health Insurance Agent and personal credit score expert. Prez Palmer is a former political party endorsed candidate for State Senator. He is an Adjunct Professor of both Finance and Business. He is an Armed Forces combat veteran who now serves as the State of Connecticut's VFW Public Relations Chairmen. Prez's experience enables him to assist his clients from start to finish, educating them in personal finance the whole way through and assisting them accordingly.
For the past 39 years I have been actively involved in the real estate business, primarily as a real estate developer and consultant. Prior to being in the real estate business, I was a stock broker, and also in the oil business. I have been actively involved in real estate projects all over the world, including, but not limited to: Hawaii, Mexico, Belgium, Egypt, Cyprus, etc.
In the past decade my projects have received awards for Environmental Excellence and Keep Texas Beautiful. Many of the Starrett Development projects have been waterfront oriented. I have always had a keen interest in being a good steward of all lands I have developed

Eight years ago I started a 501c.3 foundation, (THE TEXAS FOUNDATION FOR INNOVATIVE COMMUNITIES).
In the past 15 years I have bought 11 ranches in central Texas and have developed each of them into attractive communities specializing in Wildlife management Plans, which provide ag exemptions for the property owners.
