I have authored dozens of articles on a variety of topics, and have lectured before professional organizations.  I specialized in commercial and business matters, particularly bankruptcy cases, and have qualified as an expert witness in court in bankruptcy matters.  I am also qualified as a mediator in bankruptcy cases..  For the past 20 years I have practiced in my own firm with offices in Bethesda and Rockville, Maryland.
