Pearce Cinman, a native of Atlanta, Ga, has built a career in both the public and private sector working for and with stakeholders across Louisiana for over 17 years. A graduate of the LSU Public Administration Institute, the LSU Center for Internal Audit and the LSU Ourso College of Business, Pearce has put his MPA and MBA towards researching governmental relations and policies related to Economic Development, Small Business Development, in particular Microbusiness segments, State Fiscal and Public Policy, and Higher Education. His career path includes managing a family business, working for The Louisiana House of Representatives and the Baton Rouge Area Chamber, in addition to his work in Higher Education as a faculty member. Pearce's consulting experience includes working on and managing several businesses, political campaigns and research consortia.

Greater than 39 years of business experience in the global nuclear energy industry and small business environment.
I practiced business and real estate law with a large firm and then a small firm for 20 years. I then became the president of a real estate development firm. We developed projects ranging from single and multi-family residential through commercial,industrial and raw land. I handle all major contract negotiations and financing. In addition I managed all litigation from construction defects through insurance claims.
I have a B.S. in business administration from University of California at Berkeley. I received a JD from Harvard Law School where I was a member of the Law Review.</p>

David Belhumeur is a life-long Rhode Islander and currently serves in a “silent partner” capacity to Comfort Keepers of Rhode Island, a business run by his son/Co-Owner Daniel.
In addition, David serves as Co-Owner and CEO of McCabe Software and Co-Owner and CEO of Agitar Technologies, companies that create software testing tools used by programmers worldwide to develop high quality mission and business critical applications.
David is also Co-Owner and CEO of Oridium LLC, a technology investment and management firm. He also is Co-Owner of Pinnacle Revenue Management, a provider of billing services to a variety of medical practices.
David received his Masters degree (MBA) and undergraduate degree from Bryant University. He is a CPA and past member of the state Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
