I held senior positions including Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, Director of the US Navy’s Center for Naval Warfare Studies, Deputy Director of US Air Force’s Strategic Planning Directorate, Director of FEMA’s Emergency Preparedness department, and Deputy Director of Systems Analysis for the Director of National Intelligence.
