The four most common forms of business structure are:

  • LLC (Limited Liability Company)
  • CORPORATION (Conventional and Subchapter S)
  • PROPRIETORSHIP
  • PARTNERSHIP

After introducing computers to factory floor operations, Jim achieved the executive position of Chief Information Officer for Navistar’s engine business.
