Owner and Innkeeper of a small business (Walnut Lawn Bed and Breakfast) located in Lampeter, PA. My background before becoming a business person, three years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Thailand and thirty years as an administrator in the Pennsylvania Public Schools. During the professional years, facilitated numerous workshops, supervised personnel, managed inventories and budgets, prepared briefs and evaluated programs and personnel. Retirement brought three years teaching English as a second language in Northern Thailand as a Peace Corps Volunteer. On return from Thailand we settled in Lancaster County with the purchase of the B&B. Expertise is in search, evaluation, operation accounting, budgets and management of a small business. My experiences include presentations, mentoring, evaluations and human relations. Joined SCORE in 2015.
