Elected Mayor of Buena Park California in 1950 Effinger has been a long time member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). He was an appointed member of the NAHB Marketing Committee, National Education Chairman of the Remodelers Council and has had many of his cogent industry related articles on marketing and management published in the NAHB Business Journal, National Association of Realtors Magazine, Boston Business Journal, and Builder Magazine.

“New Dimensions for Living” became the creative company formed by Effinger in 1982 to design and build two prototype affordable housing products, one in San Diego’s North Park and the other in Golden Hill, which won an award from the San Diego Housing Commission for “The Most Creative Affordable Housing Concept" in 1985. After getting National publicity beginning with the Pacific Coast Building Conference in San Francisco, the concept was acquired by a national public company in Boston Massachusetts. The original concept remains viable today.

Formerly a commissioner of the Escondido, CA Housing Commission, Effinger has an excellent track record for receiving government approvals for large and difficult commercial and residential development projects. He has applied his passion for, and experience in affordable housing projects to create and assist builder clients in that field.

Effinger created a computer based business management tool marketed internationally in 1991 as "The Competitive Edge" licensing it to Bird Construction Software, Inc. a subsidiary of Bird Incorporated of New England.

Effinger is a licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker/Independent Contractor, Managing Principal of New Century Consulting, a member of the Kitsap HBA specializing in Affordable Housing.

Keith Holzman has more than forty years of experience as a major executive in the recording industry. He was a Senior Vice President at Elektra Records while also Director of Nonesuch Records, Managing Director and Executive V.P. at Discovery Records, and President of ROM Records.

For the last decade and a half he has been a management consultant to many independent record labels, advising them on a variety of business and administrative matters.

Keith specializes in assisting start-up labels to get established, and is the author of “The Complete Guide to Starting a Record Company.” He has also taught “The Independent Record Label” course at UCLA Extension. From time to time he has acted as an expert witness in matters pertaining to the record industry.

Mr. Holzman also has wide experience in the theatre and film industries.

Before the birth of her children, Leslie Taylor and her husband owned a freelance designed company. Six years and three children later, Taylor and her husband decided to end the business and move onto other ventures. However, Taylor, a multi-media designer with 15 yeas of experience producing various web-related and print work, knew she wanted to dive back into the business one day.
