My special strengths are helping small business owners to: (a) develop or rethink their overall business strategy and plans, (b) establish U.S. and/or global distribution channels, (c) build strong brands via marketing and use of patents and trademarks, (d) raise capital, (e) establish a Board of Directors or independent advisors, and (f) sell their company or buy another business.
Before retirement, I served as President & CEO of several companies that designed, manufactured, and sold proprietary products primarily to other businesses, and secondarily to consumers via wholesale and retail channels. My early career also included stints as a management consultant, business planning director for a large company, and U.S. Naval Officer.
