Jeannette Watling-Mills joined SCORE in 2007. She has lived full time in Sarasota for over 30 years. She has a BFA in Interior Design from UNC-G and worked as a designer in NYC and Miami and Sanibel Island before moving to Sarasota. She is currently owner of Bob’s Window Cleaning of Florida, Inc., the largest window cleaning company between St. Petersburg and Ft. Myers. She has also owned a mortgage brokerage, a drapery franchise and an interior design business. She has worked as a concert promoter and in advertising sales.
On the non-profit side, Jeannette has served as chairman of Manasota SCORE, providing mentoring and advice to small businesses. She also has served as President of the Woman’s Exchange, a consignment shop doing well over $1 million in annual sales and has been active with many other non-profits in Sarasota, including the Selby Library (past President) , Sarasota Women’s Alliance, and Gulf to Bay Decorative Artists. She is a mentor in Big Brothers/Big Sisters. She also owns and manages several rental properties.
Jeannette’s leisure interests range from theatre to kayaking and painting to golf. She has been interested in cohousing for a number of years and feels that this is the way Boomers will choose to age in place.

Mr. Zlotnick, a Certified Public Accountant was the founding and managing partner of Apfel, Levy, Zlotnick & Company, a midsize CPA firm in New York City before joining SCORE. He served for a number of years on the New York State Society of CPA's Financial Planning Committee. Mr. Zlotnick has taught at the College of Staten Island (Options Program), New York. Milt for many years was a Community Leader and Host for America on Line, Business "Know How" division providing advice on business plan preparation. In addition, he has prepared numerous seminars for SCORE including seminars concerning Internet Commerce. Milt is a cyber-counselor for SCORE and a consultant with Business Plan Pro (www.bplans.com). Milt has been with SCORE since 1996.
Four years in US Navy, Viet Nam veteran ("brown water" riverine forces). Eighteen years at Bethlehem Steel Corporation in industrial engineering, employee and labor relations, and finally plant closing (14,000 employees) from 1979 - 1986. Founded corporate-sponsored consulting business in Buffalo, New York in 1986. Participated in the formation and growth of an international consortium of consulting businesses that grew to 60 partners, 200 offices, in 20 countries. Served on board of directors of the international business for eight years and as chairman of the board for two years. Sold (Buffalo-based) business in 2007 to two long-time employees and retired to North Carolina. Joined SCORE in 2008.

I am a seasoned management professional with experience leading diverse organizations in both the public and private sectors. I have over 35 years of experience in the electric, gas and water utility business. I have also been the Interim city manager for 2 cities of 300k and 50k populations.
I have 8 years of experience as an elected board member of 2 water agencies, one serving a population of 800,000; the other serving the majority of Southern California.
I have also served on the boards of not for profit community organizations with a focus on management effectiveness and financial efficiency in serving the community.
