Washington, DC—Paul Kopelcheck begins a two-year term as the Chairman of the Board for the SCORE Association on October 1, 2006. SCORE is a national nonprofit, based in Washington, DC, that provides 400,000 small business coaching and training sessions annually.

Kopelcheck founded and was President & CEO of Acordia Personal Benefits, Inc., a national life and health product marketing and administration organization, which he took public in 1992. Prior to Acordia, he was the Executive Vice President of Columbian Financial Group of Binghamton, NY.
