Since September 2012 I am working as US Regional Director for an IT Consulting Company with the duty to start and run their American subsidiary (office in 150 N Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL).

Senior Director IT International Operations at Iveco – Turin, Italy - 2010/2011

Responsible for IT International Operations at Iveco (Fiat Group) for China, Russia, Turkey and India. I have been the IT Leader for key JVs of Iveco S.p.A. such as SIH (SAIC-IVECO-Hongyan) in Chongqing and Naveco in Nanjing. Senior Director - IT at CNH LLC – Burr Ridge, IL - 2006/2009

IT Senior Leader Solution Delivery for Manufacturing and Product Development worldwide (Burr Ridge, IL). I reported to the Group CIO and to the 4 Business Leaders (Manufacturing AG, Manufacturing CE, Engineering AG, Engineering CE). I was responsible to run operations in 30+ plant and engineering centers worldwide. I was also responsible for IT budgeting and new IT projects. I supported the re-opening of the Sorocaba plant implementing all necessary systems and infrastructures from scratch. Implemented Configuration Management System of Iveco into CNH Global. I participated to the definition of the new IT strategy directly reporting to Mr. Sergio Marchionne (Chrysler/Fiat Group CEO and CNH CEO).

CIO at CNH Latin America – Curitiba, Brazil - 2004/2006

I have been active on more than 50 projects (Brazil and Argentina) including SAP Order Management, Material Management and SOX regulation. I re-organized all the IT processes, made the in-sourcing of application maintenance, localized the Help Desk and User Support, moved the mainframe and SAP servers from Brazil to USA and Europe respectively to optimize costs and service levels. Also, I sold the Dealer Management System improving performances, reducing costs to zero and keeping happy the dealer base (180 dealers in Latin America). Feasibility study for new Spare Parts system.

CIO at Fiat Hitachi – Turin, Italy - 2000/2003

Re-engineered all IT processes. Projects: Supply Chain, Renew the LAN in San Mauro plant, build up the LAN in Lecce plant; Extend e-mail and internet/intranet; WEB architecture re-engineering; New Accounting System (from SIGA to SAP); Non Direct Material (SAP) both for S. Mauro and Lecce plants; Transitioning from Fiat Hitachi to Fiat Kobelco; Lecce plant spin-off from FH; Kobelco America and Kobelco Europe due diligence; WPS (Worldwide Purchasing System) on global base roll-out; CSCN (Supplier Portal) on global base roll-out.
