I was one of five founding partners who took TLA Entertainment Group from it's first phase as a Repertory Cinema with 20 employees through conception, funding, structural setup and operations. The company subsequently added seven award winning video stores, 12 catalogs annually, international websites, film festivals, wholesale distribution in the US and the UK, and has evolved into a leading multi-channel e-commerce business. At the peak of the video business, the company grossed 30 million dollars annually and employed 200 people. In January of 2014, the founding partners were bought out. I became an independent Silpada Designs sales representative, a home party based company. In September of 2014, I enrolled in the John Maxwell Leadership Training Certification Program and am in the process of becoming an executive coach.
I also helped start the Philadelphia Cinema Alliance and the Philadelphia Film Festival, 2 non-profit organizations that ran 2 film festivals annually. I oversaw operations, volunteers, ticketing and events.
