For the past 15 years my experience has been working with 3 different financial institutions in the problem loan workout department which focuses on borrowers that are experiencing some type of situation that is causing cash flow issues for the business which in turn puts the loan in a higher risk profile. In this role I analyzed business strategy, cash flow statements, business plans, and collateral positions of the borrower. From this experience I am able to work with borrowers to ensure that their business plans are comprehensive and to assist them in assessing where they may have a gap in operations or administration within their business. In addition, I have knowledge and experience with all types of lending partners for business owners from investors, to traditional lenders, to alternative lenders and factoring companies.
