 Program Manager-NEXRAD Weather Radar Systems ($744M)-Successfully managed on time deployment of 4 systems per month.Increased profits $17M by creatively negotiating resolution of claims, with customer and sub-contractors. Increased profits by $20M by training and developing construction personnel to install and assemble towers, radomes, antennas, and ancillary electronics. Joint Services customer (DOD, FAA, NWS).

Deputy Program Manager-LANTIRN Automated Test Stations ($100M). Consolidated and managed Program Control, manufacturing, ILS, and Sub-contracts realizing a $3M improvement in profit margin. Increased profits by $4M by developing low cost manufacturing facility. DOD customer.

Business Operations Manager-Test Systems Division ($300M)- Controllership position managing all financial reporting and operations. Improved cash flow, by developing 100% cash flow model and negotiating change.
