My experience spans both the small-business and nonprofit worlds. As the founder and owner of a trade show and event marketing company, I built it from the ground up to more than $1.5 million in annual revenue. Along the way, I learned firsthand what it takes to manage operations, develop marketing and sales strategies, train teams, and adapt to changing markets.
For nearly three decades, I’ve helped clients succeed through strategic market planning, event and exhibitor training, and performance measurement. Earlier in my career, I served as President and CEO of oil and gas manufacturing firms, gaining deep experience in general management, strategic planning, and turnaround strategies.
My work also extends to the nonprofit sector, where I’ve served on boards and facilitated strategic planning sessions to help mission-driven organizations strengthen their focus and impact. I’m also a published author and blogger on business strategy, marketing, and leadership.
