I am a retired Associate General Counsel with 44 years of experience in the Finance and Insurance industries and have experience in private practice as well. I have provided counsel with respect to real estate transactions, human resource issues, business formation, dealing with governmental agencies, estates and a variety of other legal issues as well as having served on small, nonprofit boards.
