I have led organizations in numerous industries that serve a very wide variety of markets and that range in size from start up to very mature (+$250 million of annual revenues.) Ive been in about every aspect of B2B and in many B2C businesses. I have conducted due diligence and have seen (and shared) many circumstances in which I told the "emperor that she/he is not wearing any clothes." Those that have depended upon me have done so because there was a need for change and meaningful improvement. I am a very hands on person and have made "cold call" sales as well as sold to senior executives of multi-billion operations. I am not afraid to hear the word "no" but invest a lot of time beforehand thinking about the environment, the other party, etc. so that I (hopefully) minimize those answers. I have bought and sold businesses. I guess you can say that I have a bit of a "mongrel / mutt" business background, but like most "mutts", I am happy and will give you the attention that you want. I believe that my strengths lie in that I am very analytical but creative as to how to solve problems. I love business, the cultures that exist, employee and customer challenges, etc. Mostly I like to succeed!
