With over 40 years in sales and marketing I feel I have the experience to mentor effectively. I have been a sales representative, sales manager, sales director, sales and marketing manager, sales and marketing director in the biotech related field for the bulk of my professional career. I have been a sales trainer as well as a director of training and have recruited and hired over 100 individuals during my working years.
