TranslateThomas “TJ” Lonergan is currently serving as the Deputy Executive Director for the Bucks County Industrial Development Authority. He assumed this role in April 2021 after successfully assisting the BCIDA in administering their Covid-19 CARES Act Revolving Loan Fund award in 2020. Prior to joining the BCIDA, TJ has extensive experience in real estate development, particularly with grant financing and public private partnerships, throughout the Commonwealth. He is a 3rd generation economic development professional, following in the footsteps of his grandfather and father, both former partners at Mullin & Lonergan Associates, a leading community development consulting firm in the Commonwealth.
