How SCORE helped.

Lamar Creations, Inc. is a successful manufacturer, distributor and designer of fine quality fashion jewelry based in Plantation.  Recently, company principals Larry and Mark Goldberg contacted Broward SCORE for help in streamlining their operations, improving inventory controls, managing their rapid growth, and updating their business plan.

Beginning in March, Broward SCORE counselors David Harris, Russell Thompson and Tom Glaser conducted a series of Turnaround Workshops with the management team of Lamar Creations.  These highly interactive sessions brought out many strategies for improving the operational efficiencies of the company, and produced an updated Business Plan that will serve as the guideline for the company’s future growth.
