Certified Employee Benefit Specialist - Ability to provide companies with health and welfare benefits in key underwriting and compliance issues; i.e. 1. what they need to know regarding the ACA, 2. how to structure plans using HSA/HRA to lower risk level and increase tax efficiency, 3. how insurance carriers underwrite, 4. evaluate PEO services, 5.
