Gregg Arends is eager to apply his 28+ years of consumer marketing experience to help you establish and/or grow your business.

+ Identify market opportunities to decide what business to start,
+ Ensure your product/service/business has an effective Unique Selling Proposition that will differentiate you from the competition with a sustainable competitive advantage,
+ Leverage business-building strategies to grow your business,
+ Define the best target consumers and/or businesses who are the best prospects as future customers,
+ Implement a wide variety of promotional strategies as part of an integrated marketing communications plan to grow your business including: traditional, alternative, social media and PR/publicity tactics to communicate your brand/business benefits to target consumers and businesses,
+ Enhance profitability with value-added approaches
+ Assist with business plan writing (with an emphasis on the marketing aspects).

Please note that SCORE mentors generally provide strategic-level guidance in their areas of expertise. I can help you with strategic planning and direct you to resources. However, generally I cannot provide step by step instruction on how to use specific tools. For example, I can assist you in choosing which social media platforms to utilize, what type of content to post and which customers to target; however, I cannot walk you step by step through the process of posting promotional videos on TikTok. I include this disclaimer to ensure that your expectations are met. I do believe I can provide actionable, effective strategic direction to grow your brand and business, but not the tactical, technical training to complete each step (but I can provide links to such resources in most cases).
