These are some typical meeting agendas:
- We discuss the issues that represent the biggest challenges to or opportunities for achieving your goals and provide recommendations for their resolution.
- Recommendations and solutions from the meetings become the tactics for your next steps plan. We work together to create this plan with you.
- We then review your completed plan and make recommendations for its implementation.
We have worked with quite a number of small business owners in many different businesses – construction, daycare, pet care, videography, photography, swim centers, auto repair, manufacturing, restaurants/hospitality, air-conditioning, home improvement, import, education, e-commerce, internet marketing, etc.
The program works best for businesses that have been operating at least two-years and have a few employees. For businesses without employees, our normal mentoring program can provide the same assistance. We do understand that the company's decision making and execution are likely to be hampered by the high level of uncertainty still present around the virus situation.
