If you are thinking of hiring your first employee or already have 50 employees, this webinar will address the best practices and processes for hiring and retaining them. It will provide an understanding of the steps you need to take, including the legal issues, as you set up an effective system for managing the talent of your company. Too many small companies approach these issues in an ad hoc/haphazard way -- there are better ways to do it. The take-away from this webinar will be a better understanding of what's needed to be an effective employer.
