Tricia A. McLaurin has worked in the Human Resources field for 16 years. She started her career in Human Resources in Long Island, New York at Cablevisions Systems Corporation. Tricia obtained her Bachelors of Science, in Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology & her Masters of Art in Industrial Relations from New York Institute of Technology. In January 2014, Tricia celebrated her 10 year Anniversary with Paychex Corporation and is currently a Senior Human Resources Generalist. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is currently pursuing her second Master’s Degree. Tricia believes that humans are the greatest resource and is dedicated to the pursuit of that belief.
