Mr. Kenneth Dodds is the Director of Policy, Planning and Liaison at the Small Business Administration (SBA). His office is responsible for small business government contracting regulations, small business size standards, and small business prime contracting goals for executive agencies. Mr. Dodds has served in many roles at SBA including Director of the Office of Government Contracting and senior attorney in the Office of General Counsel.
He is a graduate of James Madison University and received his law degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary.
