Provided Strategic/Operational leadership to ArcLight Capital regarding the management of their Oil/Gas Assets leading to the successful development and monetization of a number of their assets Accenture--Managing Partner--North America Sustainability Practice-- 2007-2009 Led the Start-Up of Accenture’s Sustainability Practice in North America which included developing initial Strategy, Points of View, Assets and as well as an understanding of the Market. Conducted meetings and led Sales efforts with Sr. Executives of major Clients across all Industries, e.g., Energy, Utilities, C HT, Retail etc. Developed a robust pipeline, led key engagements and created a network of Chief Sustainability Officers across North America. Accenture--Client Partner--ConocoPhillips-- 2004-2007…. Led Accenture’s consulting efforts with ConocoPhillips (CoP) for Upstream, Downstream and Shared Services Businesses. Developed strong Sr. Management relationships with key executives and led major consulting projects, e.g., the CoP/Burlington Resources Merger Integration, Supply Chain Procurement Redesign and their Digital Oilfield of the Future (DOFF) Program. Accenture--Managing Partner--Global Upstream 2003-2005 Created the structure and framework for Accenture’s Global Upstream Practice and led the movement for Accenture into the Front-Office of major Oil and Gas Companies. Accenture--Upstream Client Partner--BP North America Upstream Lead 1998-2003. Developed key relationships with BP Business Unit Leaders, established credibility with them regarding Accenture’s capabilities and led major projects e.g., ARCO/BP Merger Integration, DOFF and Supply Chain. CSC-Index--Principal and Vice-President 1994-1998 Led Sales and Delivery efforts on key projects with El Paso Energy (Merger/Acquisition of Tenneco), Koch Industries (IT Transformation), and Petro-Canada (Joint Interest Partner Strategy and Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing) . Amoco Production Company--Project Manager 1991-1994 Developed and implemented strategic alliances with Shell and ARCO to optimize West Texas properties in the Wasson Field. The successful implementation of this project was the basis for creating Altura Energy which was a spin-off of the three companies. Also led a Cross-Functional team which re-engineered/created a multi-disciplined approach to manage Amoco’s US Oil and Gas operations. Amoco Production Company--Multiple Roles1975-1991 Held a number of progressively more responsible managerial positions with Amoco Production Company (E P) in all aspects of Materials Management, Budgeting and Finance, Joint Interest Operations and Oil/Gas Accounting.
