By the end of the session, entrepreneurs will be encouraged to develop a personalized estate plan that ensures the continuity and prosperity of their business while safeguarding their legacy through these objectives:
• Understand the Basics of Estate Planning: Introduce the fundamental concepts and importance of estate planning for entrepreneurs.
• Identify Key Estate Planning Tools: Explore essential tools such as wills, trusts, power of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Assess Business Succession Planning: Discuss strategies for ensuring the smooth transition of business ownership and management.
• Protect Business Assets: Understand how to safeguard business assets from potential risks and liabilities.
